When you register for an event, we collect the information you provide on the registration form: your name, email address, preferred car number, iRacing Customer ID, how you heard about the race, whether you agree to the event rulebook, and whether you'd like to receive emails about future events.
When you contact us or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your name, email address, and any message you send.
We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels anywhere on this site.
Registration and roster data is stored in a private Google Sheet, accessed only by RB Racing Events staff. Contact form messages and mailing list sign-ups are handled through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form service. Neither service is used for advertising or shared with data brokers.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It's used solely to run RB Racing Events.
Once your entry is approved, your name and car number appear on our public entry list page. Your email address, iRacing ID, and payment method are never displayed publicly.
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, or unsubscribe from future-event emails, by reaching out through our Contact page.

Registering for and participating in RB Racing Events events means you agree to follow our official rulebook, including its rules on conduct, penalties, and event procedures. Race Control's decisions during an event are final.
Entry fees are non-refundable, as stated in the rulebook. If you can't attend an event you've registered and paid for, you may arrange a replacement driver, but the fee itself is not refunded.
Submitting a registration form doesn't guarantee a spot on the entry list. Registrations are reviewed and approved individually, and fields are limited to a maximum driver count per event.
We expect respectful, sportsmanlike behavior from everyone who registers, races, or contacts us — both on-track and off. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove a driver from an event or the entry list for serious or repeated violations of the rulebook or for abusive conduct toward staff or other drivers.
The RB Racing Events name, logo, and site content belong to RB Racing Events. Sponsor logos and names displayed on this site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.
This site links to third-party platforms like Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook for convenience. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those external sites.
This is a hobby iRacing events site, run on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee the site, registration system, or any linked service will be available or error-free at all times.
We may update these terms as the site and events evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
